Return Policy
We accept returns on U.S. orders up to 7 days after you've received the product. In order to return or exchange a product, it must be unused and in brand new condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders outside the U.S. due to the high cost of shipping.
Email contact@terignota.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The description of the products you wish to return.
- Why you are returning the items and if you are requesting an exchange, credit, or refund.
We will then send you a return shipping label. Once we've received the item, the product cost minus the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you.
