from 708 reviewsbut these are fantastic! I have 24" quads so chafing is a constant concern and these worked so so well! Not too revealing either. I am ~185, 5' 10" and a medium was perfect.
I'd like to start off by saying that I am a running belt lover and short pocket stuffer (thank you sendero shorts!) will always try to make those work before reaching for a vest. But this vest has changed my mind! I was a bit skeptical about the white colour - but it's easy to clean and honestly looks pretty cool. I own a BD 8L distance vest/pack and it bounces all over when not packed full. Comparatively, the Valhalla vest fits and carries well when going light or packing it to it's max capacity. I bought the vest for a 50k ultra that required long stretches between aid stations in the heat. I can easily carry my excessive amount of gels, 2L of water, mandatory race gear, and any extra items for a long day on the trail. I love the bungee cord system and how it does not leave dangling strings out. Who knew a trash pocket would be such a game changer?! I purchased a size small and found the fit to be perfect (bust 35.5, waist 28.5).
I am a diehard fan of the Janji 5” Pace short because of the pockets and even more so because they don’t ride up. The pockets on these half tights are BETTER, more substantial, and more strategically placed. The grippies on the ends of the shorts to keep them in place are beefy and work VERY well. I love the little things: no front seam!!! What a luxury! The drawstring is to the side! This is a short made for runners by a runner and the price point is crazy. I will buy this in every color ever released. Best short ever for real. I’m so impressed.
The shorts fit true to size, maybe a little big because they are not super compressive or high rise which are two more things I love about this short. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, quick-drying, and the fit is just right… and flattering.
I've run over 500 miles in the Terignota vest and I can honestly say it's the best running vest I've used. I often run in just a sports bra, and it doesn't cause any chafing. It has four zippered pockets that keep all of your valuables secure and even when it's fully loaded it doesn't bounce. You can tell this vest was designed by someone who actually runs because every detail is well thought out.
These are awesome!! I'm 5ft 3 in and weigh 115lbs. I ordered a size small. They fit perfectly, are flattering, and stay put! I just took them on a test trail run and loved them. I don't wear half tights typically because they normally don't fit me well, but these tights will convert me!!
Best running shorts I’ve ever owned and at a very reasonable price. Fuel, keys, phone; it all fits and stays secure on the trails.
These are the second half tights I've tried and they're my new go-to. They're airy enough to wear all summer, they have storage in the right places, the storage is accessible, the price is impressive, and I've had zero chafing over 40+ miles (including some sweaty runs without lube). I find the side pockets along the waist easier to get into than on my Janji half tights and I really appreciate this when I'm trying to stash empty wrappers on the go. I've found myself wishing for a small internal pocket for a key but I can live without it, especially if that's what it takes to make them thinner and cooler. I'm curious to see how well they hold up over time but I'm expecting good things. Male/245lb/6'7" and size L works great for me.
I've loved the Sendero shorts since I ordered a pair in February and jumped on the Tahoma half tights the moment they became available to order. Very glad I did! They arrived last Thursday and the first run in them was two days later at an impossibly hot and humid trail 50k. About as tough of conditions as you can get heat wise here in the Midwest. Frequent aid stations helped with fluids and cooling but ended up going without a pack and just carrying soft flasks with everything else I needed in the shorts pockets. The shorts performed amazingly well! Complete comfort. Zero chafing in the 90 degree temps and 90% humidity. I'm a male, 6'1", ~215lbs, size Large.
What Terignota is doing to buck the trend of ridiculous price gouging in the running gear retail space is admirable and hopefully something that is able to continue. The quality and design of their products are top notch without even taking the incredible pricing into account. Kudos Terignota! Please keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep purchasing and singing your praises to everyone I know.
I’m a Sendero believer, but wanted another pair of half tights in the rotation so I picked up a pair of Tahoma half tights. As with the Sendero shorts these half tights have the feel of a premium tight. I truly believe that Terignota is proving that “premium” does not need to be accompanied by a hefty price tag. First run was a 12 miler on hot humid conditions. The tights felt noticeably cooler than my usual pair which was a nice surprise. I was skeptical of the liner, but it unnoticeable in a good way. There was plenty of pocket space and the side pockets kept my phone secure with no bounce. Grippy legs were a nice touch and kept the legs from sliding up. My only concern is the unfinished edge on the leg and how it will hold up over time. Another solid product from Terignota and another reason to not look elsewhere for my running gear.
I never write reviews but I think these are so awesome that they deserve one. Im more of a new runner and have been on the hunt for a good pair of shorts. I ran 16 miles in the heat in these yesterday and I didn’t have to adjust them one time! Great length and the pockets are nice. I am 5’8 and 160 ish pounds and got a large.
These things are amazing! Form, fit and function are on point. Super comfortable, stay put and the pocket design is perfect for my needs!
Originally bought 2 XLs, but wanted more compression so ordered 2 large. Love them so much I just ordered 3 more!
Was looking forward to trying these out and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Living up to the hype, the Tahima Half Tights are everything I'd hoped they'd be. Comfortable, flexible and reliable. Pockets are snug so no bounce. Ample pocket space. Great length on inseam and legs have grip so they don't ride up. Highly recommend. Would put these up against any brand's overpriced half tights.
I was REALLY not a half tights person until I tried these shorts. They don't ride up, they don't feel suffocating, they're not too long OR too short, and I can comfortably store my phone/gels/car key. What more can you ask for? I find myself reaching for them specifically for races and workouts because they feel so sleek & fast!
For the longest time I would go to goodwill to get my running shorts because I didn’t want to pay top dollar for the latest fashion trend or newest technology. I just love to run for runnings sake. I’ve always appreciated companies that set out to do something different, after finding and reading about Terignota I couldn’t help but buy a few pairs of the sendero shorts to try out. Never have I found such a high quality product that so clearly has had so much love put into the design and function for such a reasonable price. I’ve put in hundreds of miles in these shorts and they’ve held up amazingly. They breathe, they fit snug but lose where I need. I carry my phone in the back pouch no problem, the side pouches have space for any little soft flasks or gels and when I’m not carrying my bottle I comfortably fits in the front pouch with very minimal bounce(no bounce really when the shorts’ waist band is tied). In a time where we vote with our dollar I’ve chosen to vote for terignota because of what they stand for and because of the top tier quality of their products. Simple, reliable, soulful. Thank you, Alex and your team for doing such great work and providing such great products. Truly being the change in the world instead of becoming like everyone else in sole pursuit of the almighty dollar.
I've never been able to run in women's shorts less than 7" inseam because they ride up. I ran 5 miles this morning and they did not ride up on these thick thighs at all. No gobblin'! I might've become a convert. I did buy the men's just in case, too, and I will still probably wear those as well. But I could've just bought these and wold've been fine.
