from 419 reviewsThis jacket is amazing. I have worn it in -22 F with wind chill where it completely blocked out the wind and I was warm with just a base layer on underneath. Incredibly breathable with warmer temps and my go to jacket for every run, windy or not. Perfect travel jacket with it being able to pack up so easily, I take it everywhere I go! This jacket is above the rest and would easily cost you over 2-3x from other brands. Alex is making premium products at a price that everyone can afford!
Great quality. Shirts run a bit small, but no big deal. Keep it up Team!
I love the design of these shorts so I can carry gels, etc on runs without needing a separate belt, and they are much more reasonably priced than most running shorts from other companies! Haven't used them enough to comment on quality/durability but they seem well made even though they are lightweight
Wow, just wow. These shorts are the last shorts you'll ever need. They will make you question needing a vest or a belt. Holds phone and 500ml flask full without bouncing, plenty of room for snacks, car key/fob securely. The price point is cheaper than some hats... The last few years I have been avoiding a vest, now I will be avoiding using my belt. The liner feels non existent and the material is so light and breathable. I am so stoked to have these and run in them all summer long!
I ordered a pair of women's small shorts (5'4, 135lb) and they have become my favorite running shorts. The best feature is the rear open pocket which carries my Google Pixel phone (for size reference). I can leave my keys in the front waist pocket. For long runs there's plenty of other pockets to carry fuel. And the rear zipper pocket and safely store an ID and other essential cards. Love, love, love these.
Love these shorts and plan on running a ton in them. My suggestion is to adjust the pockets. I run with a 500 ml soft flask that came with my Salomon vest and it doesn’t fit easily. I really have to cram it in there. Also, the rear pocket doesn’t hold a phone. I just slot it in the non zippered pocket in front of the zip pocket. It held ok running 5 miles on the road. Would be nervous of it popping out on a trail run that’s a bit more bumpy.
Wouldn’t hate normal pockets and a boxer brief style liner option in the future!
Excited about these!! Still a 5 star review bc of the price point and comfort!
I went ahead and purchased two pairs of the Sendero shorts, a women's medium and men's small. I am 5'0, 120lbs with a 27in waist, I carry a lot of my weight around my hips so I wasn't sure how the men's shorts would fit on me but the small is amazing and not too tight on my hips nor do they ride up on my thighs. I've only taken them out for an hour run with only my phone and earbuds tucked into the waist band but I didn't have to fuss with them at all, unlike when I have a running band on. I also ordered a M for my partner and am having those exchanged for a L, Alex was so quick with processing the return.
I went ahead and purchased two pairs of the Sendero shorts, a women's medium and men's small. I am 5'0, 120lbs with a 27in waist, I carry a lot of my weight around my hips so I decided to size up to the women's medium and am very glad that I did as I dont like it when shorts are tight on my thighs . The length is perfect, they don't seem to ride up and while the waist band is a bit loose on me it has a waistband to cinch it down. I haven't tried it with many items yet but it held my phone and keys just fine!
These are the only shorts I'll buy going forward. I prefer these over any of my other shorts from brands like Patagonia, Black Diamond, Craft and Gore. They breathe, don't chafe, and have plenty of storage for any runs I go on. The rear zip pocket easily fits a phone, and I can fit plenty of snacks and a soft flask in the stretch pockets. These are a 10/10 and I feel good supporting the underdog in an industry that has gotten so bloated with overpriced/trendy junk. I'm 5'11" 160 lbs and the medium fits perfectly.
These are $100 shorts at least. Very very happy with the material, lack of phone bounce (iPhone 17 pro w/ quad lock case), and inner brief. Truly an amazing product, even if it was 3 times as much as it does.
I'm a woman but bought the men's short because I like a longer inseam. First I bought the men's M but it felt really tight across the hips/butt so that went to my 11 year-old son and it fits him well. Then I bought the men's L and it fits really well. I love the material, it seems like it would be great in summer, and maybe good in the rain too? Can't wait to take them for a run!
I was skeptical of these socks but they blew me out of the water! They kept my feet dry surprisingly!
Absolutely the best, most affordable running shorts on the market. I waited months for restock and they were beyond worth the wait! Do youreself a favor and buy them before they run out
I've had a number of vests before (multiple Salomons in different sizes, ultimate direction, and Nathan) and this one is my new favorite. What I appreciate so far is the thickness of the elastic cordage that sets the chest tension and the tightness of the open pockets. I feel like both will increase the longevity of the vest before gels and phones start flying due to saggy elastic. Why not have webbing to set tension like on Nathan and UD packs? Well, because it constricts your diaphragm and makes it hard to breath or too loose and then it flops all over. The Valhalla vest strikes the perfect balance and stays tight without being restrictive, and for the cost, it's hard to beat. I just got the vest and have only run with it a few times, but I'm already anticipating being able to fit everything I need for a 5-hour long run. However, this is a running vest, not a ski touring pack, you won't be able to fit bulky layers (maybe just one) or more than one giant sandwich in there. Even pretty loaded, I'm not getting any bounce. My only constructive comment would be that one piece of terignota gear should have reinforced elastic bands for carrying running poles like they have on Naked bands, whether it's quiver-style bands integrated on the valhalla vest, or on the sendero shorts (the running band killers), or both. Anyway, great product and great mission. Thanks terignota! 5'll" 190lbs, size large, perfect fit.
