How are your prices so affordable?

Instead of building a big brand that requires inflating product prices to pay for it, we built a great product, priced it reasonably, and figured out how to build a sustainable business around it.

What is your return policy and how to I make a return?

We accept returns up to 14 days after you've received the product. In order to return or exchange a product, it must be unused and in brand new condition. Email contact@terignota.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The description of the products you wish to return.
  3. Why you are returning the items and if you are requesting an exchange, credit, or refund.

We will then send you a return shipping label. Once we've received the item, the product cost minus the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you.

Do you have a warranty?

We offer a 3-month manufacturing warranty, processed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to contact@terignota.com with your warranty request including the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product(s) you are requesting a warranty for.
  3. Pictures and a description of why you are requesting the warranty.

We stand by our products and will do our best to repair or replace gear with manufacturing defects.

We're also suckers for a good story, so if it's totally your fault that your gear is wrecked but you tell us the epic tale behind the use and abuse, we might just help you out too.

How should I wash and dry my gear?

All of our gear should be washed with cold water and air dried (no heat). Remember to tie and tuck the drawstrings of our Sendero Shorts before tossing them in the washer and dryer.
